Guaranteed Reservations
To guarantee a reservation at The Brock Hotel, a valid credit card is required at time of booking. If a credit card is not available, your reservation will only be held for a minimal time period.
Cancellation Policy
Guaranteed reservations at The Brock Niagara Falls-Fallsview must be cancelled by 4:00 pm, 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid cancellation penalties. If you wish to cancel your reservation within the cancel policy, a 1-night penalty including taxes/fees will be applied.
New Year’s Eve, Group and Conference reservations are subject to the cancellation and deposit policies outlined at time of booking and may vary from standard hotel policies.
Pets
The Brock Hotel unfortunately does not accept pets within the hotel. If you are planning a trip to Niagara Falls with your pet, please contact our reservation specialists at 1-888-374-3999.
Check In / Check Out
Check in at The Brock Hotel starts at 4pm. If your party arrives prior to 4pm and the room is not available, our bellmen will be happy to store your bags so you can get a head start on your day. Check out time is for 11am on the day of departure.
Age Requirement
To reserve a room at The Brock Hotel, there must be at least 1 adult present in the room (18 years of age or older).
Payment Options
The Brock Hotel accepts all major credit cards, Falls Avenue Resort Gift Cards or Interac payments. Cash is not accepted at this time.
Taxes & Fees
Sales Tax 13% / $2.26 per room, per night Municipal Accommodation Tax ($2.00 plus HST) / mandatory daily Resort Fee $25.00
