1. What time is check in and check out at The Brock Hotel?
At The Brock Hotel, check in starts at 4:00pm, and our check out time is 11:00am.
2. Where and how do I park my car, and how much is parking?
Guests may park their vehicle in our easily accessible indoor covered self-parking garage for $40 plus taxes per night.
3. Where is Casino Niagara in relation to the hotel?
The Brock Hotel is directly connected to Casino Niagara through an internal walkway.
4. Do you offer shuttles to the Fallsview Casino Resort?
Shuttles are not offered directly from the hotel to the Fallsview Casino, however there is a FREE Casino shuttle that runs on Friday, Saturdays, and OLG Stage event dates between the two casinos that guests can access by showing a hotel room keycard, or Momentum card. The shuttle departs on the 15’s (00:15, 00:45) at the Casino Niagara Level 3 entrance between 4:00pm-12:30am.
5. Does the Crowne have hotel packages?
The Brock offers guests a variety of packages. These getaways include hotel accommodations and may include fallsview dining, waterpark passes and attractions on the Falls Avenue Resort to mention only a few. Please feel free to visit our Hotel Packages page for more information and pricing.
6. Is The Brock Hotel Pet Friendly?
Unfortunately, The Brock Hotel does not accept pets.
7. How do I get to The Brock Hotel?

8. Does The Brock Hotel have a pool for guests?
The Brock Hotel has an indoor pool which is located on the 3rd floor of the hotel. The pool area hours are 9:00am – 9:00pm. The Brock is also directly connected to the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark which is also available to guests of the hotel for a fee.
9. Are fridges and or microwaves available in the guestrooms?
Each of our guestrooms and suites features a mini refrigerator, unfortunately Microwaves are not available in guestrooms.
10. What is included in the Resort Fee?
The Resort Fee bundles valuable guest amenities and includes:
